This 5,100+ square foot, 4+ bed, 6 bath new build in Park Meadows is technically a remodel of a 1980’s era split level home. The creative
design produced in collaboration with Farrell Architects used the foundation and lot contours to streamline the cost and construction timeline, while creating a true mountain modern masterpiece, right in the middle of Park City.
The home is powered entirely by sunlight, with an extensive rooftop solar array that charges batteries by day that then run the major electrical components – heating and cooling, cooking, lighting, and even charging two electric vehicles simultaneously – in a forward-thinking and efficient
manner. The design highlights the rustic history of the area’s rugged beginnings with contemporary elements of today’s style in a way that is timeless, unique, and beautiful.
