The journey of this home began with finding the right property. The goal was to create a place that offers privacy, a connection to the outdoors, and a sense of retreat, while still being just minutes from the conveniences of everyday life. Simply put, the vision was a home that feels 45 minutes outside of town yet sits in the heart of the community with easy access to everything Park City has to offer. A unique infill lot in Jeremy Ranch made that vision possible. 

The site plan and floor plan were carefully designed to create spaces that feel natural, comfortable, and functional—not simply larger for the sake of size. Years of designing, building, and living in custom homes helped shape each decision, with lessons learned influencing everything from room sizes and flow to the relationship between indoor and outdoor living. Just as important, the exterior was designed to stand up to Park City’s changing seasons through thoughtful architectural details and durable, low-maintenance materials. 

Inspired by Spanish and Mediterranean architecture, the home offers a fresh interpretation of a classic style within a mountain setting. Inside, the design moves away from today’s minimalist trends, favoring warmth, texture, and timeless materials. The result is a home that feels welcoming, comfortable, and unique—one that reflects both its surroundings and the way it was intended to be lived in.
