Come out of Provo Canyon and the walls fall away all at once. Heber Valley opens, Timpanogos fills the sky, Deer Creek holds the light, and the first welcome the valley gives you is this one stunning property.
A cabin has stood on this 12.5 acre property here in the quaint Township of Charleston for more than thirty years. With its vast pastures and sweeping fields, it has kept to itself without raising too many eyebrows. That hasn’t changed, but now, it’s turning heads.
Rebuilt from the ground up, it never let go of what was already here. The original logs were sandblasted to bare wood, re-stained a natural blonde, and set against new white oak and cedar until thirty years of di erence vanished into one material language. Not one room stands original. Nothing looks like an addition. Rooflines stay low so the house reads as landform, and every window keeps the view sacred. Inside, nearly 9,600 square feet hold multiple generations at once beneath white oak ridge beams. Outside, all 12.5 acres were treated as rooms: pool, pavilions, a custom gate, 358 apple trees, and an eight-foot planted berm that quiets the highway and welcomes the valley.
The smell of old pine, the feel of new living, and not a seam between them.
