Summit Contractors has, once again, masterfully brought to life this gorgeous sanctuary in the heart of the Promontory Ranch Club in Park City.

The pallet of the initial property, dense with a mature aspen grove, was the perfect place for the owner to create this “Aspen Retreat”. Because of their reputation for their ability to harmonize architecture with challenging topography, existing vegetation and stunning views, the team at Habitations Design Group was selected to craft the architectural design.

Bringing the outside in was one of the most important objectives of the design process. A thoughtfully configured series of glass paneled doors encourages flow between the outdoor living and expansive interior gathering spaces. Under the accomplished hand of Bri Duncan Design, the interior of the home was brought to life with elegant finishes, warm textures and inviting furnishings.
